FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Home  >>  Frequently Asked Questions

  • HOW DO YOU GET POWER AND WATER?
We provide fittings compatible with most water supply connections. A mains power socket must be available within 7 meters of the tub's location. For your safety, we will test all power sockets with a safety plug before use, and extension leads are not allowed. After installation, customers are not permitted to move the power cables.
  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A TUB?
Our tubs are made to fit up to 6 people, although we recommend up to 4 to ensure maximum comfort.
  • WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WATER AFTERWARDS?
We are equipped with high-powered water removal pumps, allowing us to efficiently pump water into any drain or manhole within a 10-meter range.
  • CAN THE TUBS FIT THROUGH MY SMALL DOORWAY?
Luckily they are inflatable, meaning we can fit them through pretty much any doorway.
  • CAN I USE THE TUB INDOORS?
No, our tubs are for outdoor use only.
  • WILL THE TUBS FIT IN MY SMALL GARDEN?
The tubs are 2 metres in diameter - meaning they fit in pretty much any space!
  • DOES THE TUB STAY WARM OVER WINTER?
We set up the hot tub the day before your hire to ensure there's ample time for the water to heat up. Keep in mind that the temperature will drop once you start using the tub, especially with extended use of the spa (bubble) feature. If the water gets a bit cool, you can easily top it up with hot water directly from your tap.
  • DOES IT COME WITH A GAZEBO?
Gazebo’s can be added on to any booking for an additional cost. Note - Gazebo hire is subject to weather conditions and can only be used on a grass surface to ensure they can be safely secured.
  • CAN I HIRE THE TUB FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS?
Currently, bookings can only be made for up to 3 days, Thursday to Monday.
  • HOW FAR FROM MY HOUSE CAN I HAVE THE TUB?
Ideally, the tub should be on a flat, grassed or paved area. The tub must be within 7 meters of a mains electricity supply. To ensure your safety, extension leads are not permitted. Customers are not permitted to relocate the power cables following installation. Note - the tubs needs to be connected to a power supply from set up until collection and should not be turned off at any point.
  • WILL THE WEATHER AFFECT MY BOOKING?
We operate year-round, and our equipment is built to withstand all weather conditions. However, in the event of high winds, we may be unable to deliver your gazebo as scheduled. The hot tub will still be delivered as normal (the day before your hire), and if weather conditions improve, we will aim to return the next day to set up the gazebo. If it is not safe to install the gazebo, we will either refund the cost of the gazebo or reschedule your booking for a different date.
  • WHAT IF YOUR EQUIPTMENT GETS DAMAGED?
You are responsible for all the equipment from set up to collection. To avoid damage, please avoid: trapping electric cables in windows/doors, standing/sitting on the filter housing, using sharp objects in/around the tub, allowing cats near the tubs (as they can often puncture the inner lining) and dropping the battery operated accessories into the water (e.g. lights and speakers). Ensure the lid is fastened at all times when the tub is not in use.
